FAQ: My iPhone notifications are not working

Users will receive your notifications on their lock screen only after they have done three things:

1. Updated their iphone software to Apple's 16.4 release.(it will be a few weeks before most people are updated) 
2. Added your app to their home screen.
3. Subscribed to your notifications

Steps 1 and 2 are not required for devices other than iphones and ipads.

You subscribe by tapping the "subscribe" switch under the bell icon, which is visible only if you add the naigation bar to your app in the [Style Tab]. The subscribe switch is only visible if you are upgraded to 16.4.

You can also add a Subscribe action to your app. Tapping this action will subscribe the user. This action will only visible if the phone is updated and the app installed.
