Technically yes, but....
We no longer sell new beacons, though any that we sold in the past will continue to broadcast the Eddystone-URL protocol (i.e. the Physical Web) and our platform will continue to translate those URLs into multi-action landing pages.
However, in October 2018, Google announced that as of December 6, 2018, they will no longer support the Physical Web in their Android Nearby Notifications application. The net effect of this decision is that it eliminates most of the organic audience for Physical Web beacons.
While there are a few Physical Web apps and browsers still on the market, few people use them. It's sad to say, but with Google's exit from the market, we no longer recommend Physical Web beacons as a viable marketing channel.
