I do not see my Action in the Preview, but see the edit module.

Apps are contextual and Actions may not appear is a preview for one of 3 reasons:

• Visibility is off
  • Check the "eye" icon in the upper right of the edit module. Red means that the Action is hidden from public view.
• The Actions is scheduled to be hidden
  • If the "calendar" icon on the edit module is highlighted green, then the Action is scheduled.
  • Check the schedule and the designated time zone to see when the Actions should be visible.
  • A quick way to isolate the scheduled Actions is to use the "Filter by Action Schedule" tool located below the Action edit modules. 
• The Action targets an Audience not currently visible in the Preview
  • With controls under the three person "audience" icon, an action can be designated to be visible only to select audiences (e.g., Apple vs. Android). This icon is also highlighted green when active.
  • The Preview has a corresponding Preview Filter to match the preview to the desired audience.
  • For example, the below filter would show the experience visible to a mobile Android user who is using a installed version of the app.
