A Link Action points to any URL, including a website, blog, survey, app, or generally anything on the web. It's common to have multiple Link Actions on a page.
To create a Link Action, begin by selecting [New Action] from the "Editing" page, under “Action Type” use the dropdown menu to choose the “Link” type action.
Paste your target URL in the URL box and then tap the [Fetch] button to automatically pull in any Title, Image, or Description (called "metadata") associated with the URL.
If the URL has no metadata, or if you want to change any of it, then enter new data in the appropriate fields. All these fields are optional, so for example, one can have only an image link to a URL.
When uploading an Image, you will be able to control the images dimensions, so crop your image to fit your design theme.
You will see a preview of your Action to the right of the window, where you may also select a different image position. You might have to upload and re-crop the image to look good in a different position.
Also, be sure to select whether you want the URL endpoint to appear in the Action.
As with all Actions, give it a Name that will clearly identify it in your Library and apply Tags to keep your Library organized.
Finally, if you do not want all audiences to see the action then engage the "Audience Control" and if you do not want the Action to appear immediately, then engage the Scheduling.
[Save] add the Action to your Library, and then a second [Save] adds it to the App you are editing.
