An FAQ Action expands in place to show additional text. To operate, a user taps the “down” icon to see the expanded text and then the “up” icon to collapse it again.
The configuration FAQ Action has a single endpoint field (i.e. the Answer), allowing rich text content. It can include links and mixed-color text. As with most Actions, it will inherit the color scheme of the host app unless you use Advanced styling to individualize it. An FAQ Action has the standard Title and Description option for the call-to-action, but does not have an image or icon option.
Use an FAQ to save space on a page in your app. If you plan to have an entire FAQ section in your app, a helpful tip is to combine several FAQ Actions into a Group or Subpage Action.
Remember that each FAQ Action has metrics, so you can easily see which answers your customers value most.
