Add Calendar Events

Use a Calendar Action to add calendar events with a tap.

With each event, select:

• The event start and end times (and time zone)
• The event name and notes
• The timing of a reminder notice
• Whether the event repeats

This action type will have the standard call-to-action options and will create a calendar event such as is shown below when tapped.

Below is a sample form used to add new events to the action:

         

You can also add multiple events to an action with a tap. (e.g. wedding time/location as well as the reception time/location)

Don't forget to schedule the Calendar Action to disappear at the start of the event.

 

Tip for capturing leads with an event signup:

A powerful lead-generating option is to pair a Calendar and Form action to collect email addresses as a requirement to access the calendar invite. 

To do this:

1. Create a Calendar event.
2. Add a Form Action to your app to collect the lead information you want (e.g. Name and email)
3. Under the form settings, set the Button "Destination" as "link to Action." 
4. Choose your new Calender Action as the destination Action. This will make the form link to your  calendar reminder when the user submits their RSVP.
