Form and Lead Actions may be integrated with external databases, such as a CRM.
Use the "Form Integrations" button to add additional destination email addresses, a webhook endpoint, an API integration, or to integrate with a Google Sheet. Note that an action can send an email alert to the salesperson while also sending a copy of the lead record to an integrated CRM.
Google Sheets
If you choose Google Sheets, you will have the option of entering a name to create a new sheet, or to pick an existing sheet in your account. You will have to authorize permission to access your Google Account. The request will come from Phy.net, which is the platform domain.
Webhook
A webhook is an automated message that is sent out to a specified URL when a form-fill is completed or when a lead is shared.
This message includes each of the "Field Label / Field Data" sets in the form, including the hidden fields.
GoHIghLevel (GHL)
To integrate with GHL, add your GHL API key and set up your form with the field types and names expected by the GHL platform.
Using a webhook to integrate with an API
A webhook sends the form data to an endpoint URL. An API also has an endpoint URL, and the only difference between an many API and webhook integrations is that an API also includes a "Key".
Our webhook allows the option of adding a "Header" Name and Value, which may be used to add an API key, thus enabling a webhook to be used for most lightweight API integrations.
You only need to use the form builder to match the field types and names expected by the API.
