The white-label feature allows you to change the branding of your dashboard. The feature is designed especially for customers that want to provide PWA services under their branding.
Access the white-label Configuration page under the settings icon in the upper right of your dashboard.
Beginning from the top of the Configuration page, you can set up the following.
Notes:
- Complete this entire page if you want white-label branding. Fields not completed will cause that function to continue to display or route to Tapps content.
- It is an option to only use the "From email" function of for platform emails such as invites or lead alerts, so that these emails come from a familiar or enterprise email address.
Turn on or off white-label branding.
Sign In URL (to your branded sign in page)
This is the URL that will link to a sign in page with your branding. Share it with your customers. This link is generated by the platform and cannot be changed.
App Domain Options:
Use this option to select which domains your account will be able to select from when creating a new app. For example, you can easily remove the Tapps domain as an option. Remember that you can add your own domains as options. The tab to add custom domains is just above the white-label tab.
Platform Logo
This logo will display on the upper left and bottom center of the dashboard, on the platform emails such as with invites, on form-fill emails, and in the browser tab.
Color Scheme:
The settings are for the primary button color, the secondary button color, and the banner color.
Logo URL:
This is the link users will visit if they tap your Logo on the dashboard. As noted above, the logo will route to Tapps if a URL is not supplied here.
"From" Email Address:
Add a "sent from" email address here, which will become active after we verify ownership by sending an email with a verification link. Platform emails such as lead alerts, invites, and form-fills will be sent from this address.
Platform Name
The platform name is used in the browser tab, as the email sender, and in the body of the various platform emails.
Support Email Address:
This email address is displayed in the body of the platform emails.
Help Banner Text and Link:
Our dashboard has a banner at the top with a link to our tutorials. This banner is replaced with the text and link you add in these fields. We recommend that you create an app on the platform with whatever support links, videos, and other information you want to share.
Footer Text and Link
This text and its associated link are placed at the bottom of the dashboard to allow you to add links to your terms and privacy agreements. Again, it is useful to use one of your apps to add multiple content options.
Template Tag
Set up custom templates. Add a template tag and customers will only see templates with that tag when they use the Template button in their dashboard.
